Yes, I am posting...

Hi, for some reason my last two posts didn't show up! It's weird. They are still there though--I know another person on the challenge said the same thing happened to them, and eventually the posts showed up. So if you're reading this, read the last 2 posts too, because I'm trying to post more often! Our good friends at Drug Delivery asked me to post three times a week, so I'm trying to be more faithful, and here they don't show up! Goodness!

Well, everyone seems to have election fever. Everyone seems to be so worked up about it, and I have to say it makes me nervous. I've been praying a lot for God's will and righteousness to prevail, not just in the presidential candidates but in all the positions. It's really distressing to hear reports of voter fraud going on--just everyone get out there and vote! It's hard to believe it's actually almost here, after hearing about it so long.

But, I digress....my sister has now lost 17 pounds on the protocol, after 22 days on VLCD. She's really excited! I'm also happy for her--people have begun to notice. I'm going to see her for the first time this weekend, since she lives 2 hours away--she and her family are coming over. It will be interesting.

I have to say I'm actually anxious to get back on the protocol myself. I think I messed up hypothalamus by the way I ate in phase 3, because my weight keeps creeping up now. I'd like to just start the next round and get it over with! But I know I need to finish phase 4, and then get on to Thanksgiving before I start. I think I'm going to use Thanksgiving as one of my loading days! Yeah!
