I've missed you all..
Okay, here I am late again--and our wonderful sponsors have reminded me that we are supposed to blog in here 3 times per week at least--so I am re-dedicating myself to the blogging task. I think perhaps the key for me is to post shorter posts more often--that last one was quite long, because I had so much to catch up on. I will now not try to catch up on everything, and just try to post more often in hopes it will all come out eventually!
Well, this phase 3/4 has been harder than last. My weight has been swinging up and down, and I have to admit is still more than 2 pounds over my LIW. The steak day I wrote about last time did help, but I was just barely within the two pound limit--so I guess I need to get serious.
The good news is that my sister Janelle has also started the protocol, and said today she has now lost 13 pounds in 14 days! Woo-hoo! She doesn't have near as much weight to lose as me, so will reach her goal after perhaps two rounds. People are starting to notice that she's lost weight and she feels great about that.
In the comments after my last post, anonymous asked how could we keep going and doing multiple rounds--well, the way we feel when we lose weight is the answer! I'm determined not just to lose SOME weight, as I've done the last number of diets I've gone on--but this time I'm going to lose ALL of the weight! After years and years of trying many many different diets, this is the only one I believe helps you not only lose the weight, but have a chance at keeping the weight off by re-setting the hypothalamus--and thereby resetting the metabolism. I'm just so thankful to have found the answer.
Well, there's always more, but it's now after midnight--and I'll save some for my next post, which will be SOON! Hope you are doing well, and until next time, Merry

Can I ask a question?? I finished my first round of HCG about 2 weeks ago. I am ready to start again, do I really have to wait 6 weeks. I am ready to start loosing again.
Hi, This Mom! Sorry it took me a while to write back! But I'm so excited someone commented! As far as your question, I would say if you can at all stand it, yes, wait the six weeks, unless you are using the sublingual method. Some people do wait only three weeks, because that's really the time needed to re-set the hypothalamus, but to really guard against immunity and build good eating habits for the rest of your life, I recommend waiting the entire six weeks. Hope it works well for you! --Merry
